Cadets of the National Guard Academy are leaders of youth development and talent

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, met with talented and proactive youth of the Kharkiv region at the “Code UA” Forum.

The event brought together representatives of youth centers, heads of youth councils, members of student self-government bodies and many active and proactive people.

“Today, the youth of the Kharkiv region have an incredible potential to change the world around them, they are the engine of changes and revival of the country, the transformation of public administration. Their ideas, energy, and desire for innovation shape the future of Ukraine”, – Oleh Syniehubov says.

The event was attended by the head of the council of the cadet-student self-government of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, a cadet of the Faculty of Humanities Sofia Boiko.

The cadet was awarded a certificate of gratitude for her significant personal contribution to the implementation of state youth policy, active public activity and on the occasion of the World Day for Peace and Development.

“The meeting with the youth and the authorities was important for me. Because communication is the most important thing. There was also a question and answer evening, where we discussed all the problematic issues of today. After the event, warm memories and emotions remained”, –  Sofia Boiko shares her impressions.

In addition, a solemn ceremony of awarding the scholarship holders of the President of Ukraine and the Kharkiv Mayor's Scholarship "Talent" ware held. Ihor Terekhov addressed the scholarship holders with words of admiration and support and emphasized that they were the future of the city and the entire country.

Among the scholarship holders is a cadet of the Command and Staff Faculty Maksym Ulko. He received a certificate of appreciation and a laptop as a Kharkiv Mayor's Scholarship "Talent" in the 2024-2025 academic year.

"It is a great honor for me to receive a certificate of appreciation and a laptop. This is not only recognition of my achievements, but also an incentive to continue working on myself and implementing new ideas. I thank all the organizers for the opportunity to communicate with like-minded people and discuss current issues," –  cadet Maksym Ulko says.
