Today's step is only the beginning of long-term and fruitful work, on the path of which there are no secondary directions”, –  notes the Head of the Academy, Lieutenant General Serhii Sokolovskyi. – “The most important thing for us is the training of future officers today and further support for improving their qualifications, constant changes in line with the demands of the time, modernization of educational programs, and the introduction of combat experience. All this is possible only with flexibility, constant updating, and the study of combat experience in real time. Thanks to such cooperation, the Academy will become one step closer to achieving interoperability with units of the NATO member states and will also contribute to the general aspiration for Ukraine's closer membership in NATO”.

The officer adds that an equally important achievement is the agreement to involve Swedish companies in building the capabilities and potential of NGU units. The Academy can act as a hub for them, which, thanks to the Memorandum, will provide an opportunity to cooperate and receive feedback from those who receive this assistance.
