Future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine formed skills in the organization of combat service at the checkpoint using modern SKIFTECH tactical training systems.

The lecturers of the Academy conducted practical classes on tactical training of troops for cadets of the Logistics Faculty of the Academy. The operational situation was proven to the personnel and the task was set to organize the service at the checkpoint by the unit of the NGU.

"The cadets got acquainted with the general provisions of the organization of the service, developed skills regarding the procedure of actions of personnel at the checkpoint, formed skills in the actions of groups of combat order when the operational situation is complicated", –  Associate Professor of the Department of State Security
Lieutenant Colonel Andrii Petik said.

During the practical session, the cadets worked out the issue of organizing the service of checkpoint officers, as well as the tactics of the personnel of the checkpoint for the passage of people and vehicles. Military personnel note that such kits provide an opportunity to train soldiers to perform combat missions effectively, which is as close as possible to real combat.

"The peculiarity of these classes was that we used the SKIFTECH tactical training system. I am convinced from my experience that this immediately improves the quality of training. This time, as a result of the training, we became more hardened to act and more effectively manage the actions of the personnel", – group commander Senior Sergeant Makar Shyshenko said.

The SKIFTECH system is a personal set and simulators designed for training soldiers. The system allows you to practice firing from pistols, machine guns, rifles, grenade launchers and other small arms; train soldiers for special operations of varying levels of complexity indoors or outdoors; practice defending important facilities or offensive actions on enemy’s positions; and conduct training for different numbers of soldiers, taking into account their specifics.
